Rider Terms

You agree to provide accurate account and payment information, and to keep it up to date. AKSD accounts are personal to you and should not be shared or transferred.

AKSD is for lawful transportation and permitted deliveries only. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose, and not to request rides or deliveries for anything illegal, dangerous, or that violates AKSD's Dispatch Prohibited Items policy.

You agree to treat drivers, Keke partners and dispatch bikers respectfully. AKSD has zero tolerance for abuse, harassment or discrimination directed at any partner, and accounts found in violation may be restricted.

You agree to pay the applicable fare for each trip or delivery, along with any waiting time or cancellation charges that apply under AKSD's Cancellation Policy. Fares are shown before you confirm a request.

AKSD needs your location to match you with nearby partners, calculate fares, and provide live tracking during a trip or delivery. You agree to allow location access for these purposes while using the app.

After each trip or delivery, you may be asked to rate your partner. You agree to provide truthful ratings and reviews. Ratings help AKSD maintain quality and accountability across the platform.

You agree to follow AKSD's safety rules, including the Dispatch Prohibited Items policy for anything sent through AKSD Dispatch. AKSD partners are verified, but you're expected to use reasonable judgement and report any safety concern through the app.

Serious misuse, fraud, or unsafe behaviour may lead to a warning, suspension, or permanent restriction of your AKSD account, at AKSD's discretion. Where possible, you'll be told the reason for any restriction.

AKSD may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside the AKSD Privacy Policy, Safety Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
