No harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive language, in the app or in person. This applies equally to riders, senders, drivers and dispatch partners.

Be ready at the pickup point around your requested time, and make sure package pickup and drop-off addresses and contacts are accurate. Repeated no-shows affect matching for everyone.

Follow traffic laws, wear safety equipment where applicable, and never ask a partner to break a safety rule to save time. Use the in-app SOS if you ever feel unsafe, it reaches AKSD's safety team directly.

Give truthful ratings and reviews. Don't misrepresent what you're sending through AKSD Dispatch, accurate item descriptions keep both the sender and the biker protected. Don't attempt to manipulate fares, trips, or payments.

Use in-app chat and calls for anything related to a trip or delivery. Clear, timely communication, like sharing a landmark or gate code, helps everyone move faster.

Drivers and dispatch bikers have access to riders' and senders' contact details and locations only for the purpose of completing the trip or delivery, this access should never be used for anything else.

AKSD's review system is designed so partners and riders can't see each other's written feedback directly, to prevent retaliation. If something goes wrong, report it through Support or an in-app safety report instead of leaving a retaliatory rating.

Depending on severity, violations can lead to a warning, a temporary restriction, or permanent removal from AKSD. Safety-related reports are reviewed by AKSD's safety team, not treated as ordinary ratings.
